✿ Please refer back to T&Cs page for the conditions agreed to upon booking, eg. damage, replacement, late fees. Sold out styles require a replacement fee of 200% of RRP.

✿ All bookings are Express posted via Australia Post 

✿ Postage days are Monday or Tuesday the week of the event (if you're wanting to book a postal hire for the weekend and its later than Monday night please email wmiyhire.contact@gmail.com to confirm that we are able to get it posted to you - if you book anyway and we are unable to post you will receive a store credit).

✿ If you are hiring to wear early or mid week you will be required to pay 50-100% (dependant on garment popularity) of the hire fee again for us to post it out the week prior for you (this is because the garment will be unavailable for us to hire out for 2 weekends. This is if you're unable to postal return Tues-Wed morning that week.

PICK UPS

✿ Saturday hires return any time Sunday.

✿ Week day hires return next day (including Friday & Sunday hires).

✿ Longer hire periods are available, must be arranged before booking.

POSTAL HIRES

✿ Post back in the supplied return satchel in the extra plastic packaging it arrived in with the return card.

✿ Post back Monday (for a weekend hire) or day following the hire (for a weekday hire) at the post office by 12pm and email a lodgement receipt and tracking number to wmiyhire.contact@gmail.com (late fees apply until this is sent).

✿ Public holidays please return following business day.
