Postal Service Availability:
- We offer postage Australia wide.
Shipping Method:
- Garments are sent via Australia Post in an express satchel.
- Each garment is carefully packaged in a plastic zip lock bag for protection and includes an information card. Please ensure these are returned along with the garment.
Return Instructions:
- When returning the garment, carefully open the satchel along the dotted line for reuse (it has a second strip to close it again).
- Affix the provided return postage label over the previous label for return shipping.
- If the satchel is damaged, it's your responsibility to send the order back to us via Express Post by the due date at your own expense. If you lose the return slip, please contact us for a replacement.
Shipping Costs:
- The return express postage cost is $30-$50, with most items costing $30 and bulky items up to $50.
Dispatch Schedule:
- Garments are typically posted out on Mondays or Tuesdays of the event week.
- If you require the garment earlier (e.g., for a Tuesday event), please ensure timely return for cleaning and readiness for the next hire.
- If the garment is out for two weekends, a rehire fee will apply minus dry cleaning costs.
Third-Party Delivery Responsibility:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
